You enter into an organization, filled with the enthusiasm of making it big however what
happens after some time that you eventually make a scary exit. How could one
job which is supposed to be your dream jobs all of a sudden become below
average? You make excuses for bad
management, peer pressure, health issues and much
more which is obviously could be true but that would be present in nearly all
of the organizations. To make your footsteps ahead of others, you just need to
do one thing i.e. unlearn and learn. Unlearn previous things that are no more
required and this way you won’t see yourself above others. Learn new things so
you don’t reach the saturation point and the issue stated above won’t even affect you.
