Job Role: Executive Sales Trainee at J2 band
J2 Band- One level up from front line sales employees
Get a PG Diploma in Insurance and Banking from Manipal University
Training fees Rs 1.4 Lakhs + Service tax
Loan is facilitated by HDFC Bank for the whole fee
During Internship (6 Months), candidates are allocated among-st 3 different channels (Agency, Bancassurance or Direct). Post the completion of 6 months of their internship, they get confirmed and will continue in same channel.
