🎯 Role Overview

A Team Lead in Marketing acts as the driving force behind developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, while managing and mentoring a small team of marketing professionals to ensure activities align with brand and business objectives. 


🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    Guide, develop, and inspire a cross‑functional team; coordinate closely with Sales, Product, Retail, Digital, and Agencies. 

  • Strategy & Planning
    Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL/digital), media plans, and brand architecture strategies. 

  • Retail & Channel Marketing
    Drive store‑level activations, POS materials, partner engagement, and increase walk‑ins via local promotions and influencer collaborations. 

  • Content, Digital & SEO/SEM
    Oversee creation of marketing content—blogs, social posts, video, shoots—while implementing SEO and SEM campaigns to boost visibility, engagement, and lead generation. 

  • Events & Experiential Marketing
    Lead offline and online campaigns—product launches, pop‑ups, styling sessions—managing events end to end for maximum reach and impact. 

  • Budget Management & ROI Analysis
    Plan and control the marketing budget, track KPIs such as ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and adjust campaigns based on data insights. 

  • Partnerships & PR
    Scout and manage brand collaborations and partnerships; build relationships with media, influencers, and PR outlets to increase brand reach. 

  • Market Research & Analytics
    Conduct market and channel-level research, track competitor activity, and monitor consumer behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
